Live Life Garden

Have you always wanted to get a garden started, but it is all too hard?
Come along and learn the easy way.

A free garden starter pack is available for all concession card holders registered with the Live Life Project.

Live Life Eurobodalla Volunteer Program

The Live Life Eurobodalla project works with volunteers in the areas of physical activity, healthy eating and community gardening to support the community to be active and to eat well. Funded training and full support is provided including certificate level qualifications in fitness, swim instruction, bike education, track and field coaching and healthy eating.

Be Active

Be Active programs offer opportunities to participate in regular physical activity to improve health. Being active for at least 30 minutes every day will help you reach a healthy weight, improve muscle and bone strength and improve your mood. Programs are available across the Shire, are free for concession card holders and subsidised for non-concession card holders.

Be Healthy

Live Life Be Healthy programs focus on the importance of healthy eating to achieve a healthy weight and reduce risk against chronic diseases. Programs include cooking classes that focus on preparing healthy and affordable meals as well as workshops and education sessions that will help you understand more about eating well on a budget and growing your own vegetables.

Be Well

Live Life Be Well programs provide opportunities to access subsidised and free health services to assess your health and identify any risk to chronic diseases such as diabetes. Services will also help you address any existing health conditions that may require the support of a dietitian or physiotherapist and are provided through the University of Canberra's mobile health clinic.
