Batemans Marine Park
The Batemans Marine Park came into effect in July 2007 and
covers the Eurobodalla Shire's coastal seabed and waters from the
mean high water mark to three nautical miles offshore, and includes
all estuaries, creeks, rivers and lakes, to the tidal limit.
