Estuary Health Monitoring Report
Monitoring for estuary health, or the ecological integrity of an
estuary, has a strong focus on chlorophyll-a and water clarity
(turbidity) as these measures have been linked to catchment
disturbance. The following report present the results of the
estuary water quality data for the six major estuaries in the
Eurobodalla, including a review of the 2010 estuary health data
(chlorophyll-a and turbidity) and the analysis of data from 11
beach/lagoon/creek sites.
