Mandy Hilson exhibition | Moruya

Where: Moruya Library, Vulcan Street, Moruya
Mandy is a local artist from Congo who works with handmade paper to express her experiences of particular natural places.
She selects specific plant fibres according to their characteristics to make paper pulp. She uses this pulp to make sheets of paper or sculptural pieces along with photographic images, inclusions, print or watercolour that together evoke the spirit of a place.
Mandy Hilson's exhibition can be viewed during library opening hours.
You can also hear about Mandy's journey at her artist floor talk.
