When: Wednesday 26 June 2019, 10:30am - 12pm
Where: Narooma Library, Field Street, Narooma
Be Connected is a Federal Government initiative to help older Australians get online.
Digital technology trainer and educator Tricia Pye, from the Tec Exec Batemans Bay, is teaming up with the libraries to offer free workshop sessions covering basic skills and some more specific topics.
Each library is offering five different sessions categorised by participant skill level. The advanced workshop is designed for participants who feel confident with the basics and would like to independently explore using new technologies for everyday tasks, including tablets, smartphones and apps.
Please bring your own devise to use at the workshop.
Registration and bookings are essential
You are welcome to attend any of these sessions, but if you haven't been to a 'Be Connected workshop before, you will first need to register for the 'Be Connected' program and have completed a 'Dip your toe in the digital water' session.
