We are currently exploring the following proposals, which can include:
- gauging the community's interest
- developing committees to investigate all the options available with other government and non-government agencies and industry
- exploring possible funding sources.
When all these avenues have been explored and a proposal has funding, it may become a Council project in the future.

Batemans Bay precinct redevelopment proposal
We are seeking preliminary expressions of interest to redevelop the former Batemans Bay Bowling Club site and Aquatic Centre precinct, considering options for a future public private partnership to redevelop the land.
Batemans Bay Deep Water Marina
On 8 March 2016, Council agreed to progress an economic feasibility study for a Southern NSW Marine Gateway at Batemans Bay and seek Expressions of Interest to conduct that feasibility study.
Regional Equine Centre
Council has developed a business plan to establish a Regional Equine Centre at Moruya Racecourse and submitted it to the NSW Government to support its application for funding.
