Council Meetings

FOR CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES ENQUIRERS SHOULD REFER TO THE NEXT MEETING OF THE RELEVANT COMMITTEE OR COUNCIL MEETING

Proceedings of the Policy and Strategy Committee Meeting, the Finance and Services Committee Meeting and the Ordinary and Extraordinary Meetings of Council will be recorded as per Eurobodalla Shire Council's Code of Meeting Practice Policy.

Persons wishing to speak in Public Forum and Questions from the Public or  make a presentation or deputation must register with Council's Governance Officer no later than noon on the day prior to the meeting. Only persons registered will be permitted to speak.  Any question or presentation must be provided in writing to Council on the day of the meeting.
