Draft Delivery Program 2012-2016 and Draft Operational Plan 2012-2013
The Delivery Program is a statement of commitment from Council
to achieving the community's vision and identifies clear
initiatives, projects and actions that Council will undertake in a
four year period. The Operational Plan is a more detailed one year
plan which outlines specific actions, budgets and capital works as
well as information about rates, fees and charges for the year.
To ensure we are able to deliver on these plans, Council has
considered the financial, asset management and workforce resourcing
requirements to implement these plans in its Resourcing
Strategy.

Draft Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan
Eurobodalla Shire Council has endorsed the draft Local
Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2012 (LICP 2012) for public
exhibition.
The draft LICP 2012 allows Council to levy developer
contributions towards the provision of new or the improvement of
existing infrastructure or the recovery of costs which result from
Council providing infrastructure to meet the demands of a new
residential development and population growth.
The draft Plan contains differences in cost from the current
Section 94 Contributions Plan and the previously exhibited 2010
draft plan. The changes reflect the currency of these plans,
the number and type of works items that are in the schedules to the
plan, the cost of providing works items and the location of these
items.
Submissions should quote Council reference number E99.3426 and
be made by 8 June 2012 to Draft Local Infrastructure Contributions
Plan 2012, Eurobodalla Shire Council, PO Box 99, Moruya NSW 2537 or
by emailing council@eurocoast.nsw.gov.au.
