How do they all fit together?

Planning Strategies

Eurobodalla Settlement Strategy

This strategy provides a framework to direct future planning and investment decisions over the next 25 years. The Settlement Strategy together with structure plans for Moruya, Narooma and Batemans Bay will inform the future Integrated Local Environmental Plan for the Shire.

Economic Development and Employment Lands Strategy

This Strategy is a long-term plan for the delivery of business opportunities and employment in the Eurobodalla, identifying potential future employment lands in the Shire to 2030. It updates the employment land strategies and directions contained in the Eurobodalla Settlement Strategy adopted in 2006, and supports Council's Economic Development Strategy adopted in 2009. The Strategy will be used to inform future reviews of the Settlement Strategy and the Local Environmental Plan.
