Public health

Eurobodalla Shire businesses need to comply with NSW State legislative requirements associated with public health and environmental protection aspects of operating their business.

Council is committed to maintaining a healthy, safe and sustainable community for everyone. Our Public and Environmental Health Team undertakes regular inspections of businesses where there are risks to public health, and ensures that operators are aware of their responsibilities towards the community.

Liquid trade waste

Business and property owners have responsibilities relating to liquid trade waste and backflow prevention.

Food businesses

Skin penetration businesses
