Council services
Eurobodalla Shire Council offers a wide range of services to the community including road maintenance, waste and recycling collections, animal care and registrations, libraries in Moruya, Narooma and Batemans Bay and community programs for children, youth and people living with disability. We also give residents a number of convenient ways to pay their rates.
Rates make up 51% of Eurobodalla Shire Council’s funds, and are used to pay for infrastructure and services for the community.
Council is committed to maintaining a healthy, safe and sustainable community for everyone. The Public and Environmental Health Team is responsible for many aspects involved in achieving this goal.
Our concern for the environment has helped shape our programs for recycling and responsible waste management.
Our three libraries, recreation services, and community programs are making a difference to the health and wellbeing of Eurobodalla residents.
We are responsible for over 1000 kilometres of local roads. Find out more about current and scheduled works, temporary road closures and road safety programs.
