Our libraries at Batemans Bay, Moruya and Narooma are free to join for people who live, work or study in Eurobodalla.

Eurobodalla libraries are open. Please follow these rules when visiting the libraries:

  • visitor numbers are limited to 10 patrons at a time at each facility.
  • visits are restricted to a maximum of 30 minutes.
  • allow for a distance of 1.5 metres from other library visitors and staff to comply with social distancing protocol.
  • library members must scan their membership card at front desk upon entry. Non-members need to provide identification and contact details to library staff. Confidential records will be kept 28 days for COVID-19 contract tracing.
  • return all items via the after-hours chute outside the library entry doors. Staff will not accept returns over the counter.
  • please limit handling books when browsing.
  • children must be supervised by a parent or care giver at all times to ensure they also follow social distancing and hygiene measures.

For everyone's safety:

  • patrons must check their temperature using the scanners at the entry points. Entry will be declined to those registering a temperature indicating the presence of a fever as set out in the Guidlines published by NSW Health.
  • hand sanitiser is available at entry points.
  • returned items will be quarantined and unavailable for loan for 72 hours.
  • a reduced number of computers are available for use, located 1.5 metres apart. Sanitary wipes are available to clean the keyboard and mouse after each use.
  • printing, photocopying and scanning services are available, but keep in mind we only accept payment by debit or credit card.
