Council provides services for seniors that connect them to community, promote independence and support health and well-being. Services are available to people living in or visiting Eurobodalla Shire. We take pride in being a flexible community based service that provides choice and opportunity. Our supports are designed to maximise your independence at home and in the community for as long as you choose.

Community Transport provides door-to-door transport for eligible people and their carers. We have resumed our regular service, with safety measures in place to protect our passengers.
Council's Active Living program offers individual and group activities to facilitate friendship and enable seniors to connect with the community. We are pleased to resume small group activities and outings following NSW Government guidelines.
If you are caring for an older person in your home, support is available when you need a break to rest and re-energise. We are now operating small group activities and outings for support carers following NSW Government guidelines.
Live Life is a program that aims to help Eurobodalla residents to begin and maintain healthy lifestyles through community activities. As a safety precaution, all Council events are cancelled for now but we can assist with ideas for maintaining health and fitness on your own or with a small group.

The NSW Seniors’ Festival is an annual celebration for people over 60 usually held in February. Grants of up to $500 are available to not-for-profit community groups hosting a festival event or activity to assist in running costs.
Healthy Communities Grants are intended to help local community groups to deliver a wide range of activities with the aim of improving health and well being in our community.
Council's Community Care team provide specialised in-home care to Eurobodalla's senior residents for improved quality of life.
