Council provides services for seniors that connect them to community, promote independence and support health and well-being. Services are available to people living in or visiting Eurobodalla Shire. We take pride in being a flexible community based service that provides choice and opportunity. Our supports are designed to maximise your independence at home and in the community for as long as you choose.

- support for people who care for a frail older person in their home

Community Transport volunteers provide door-to-door transport for eligible people and their carers. Transport is provided for regular shopping runs, medical appointments and social activities.

If you are caring for an older person in your home, support is available when you need a break to rest and re-energise.
Live Life is a program which aims to help Eurobodalla residents to begin and maintain healthy lifestyles through the use of community activities, some of which are subsidised or free.
Council is in the final stages of developing specialised home care packages for Eurobodalla senior residents. Further details to be announced 1 September 2019.
The NSW Seniors’ Festival is an annual celebration for people over 60 usually held in February. Grants of up to $500 are available to not-for-profit community groups hosting a festival event or activity to assist in running costs.
Healthy Communities Grants are intended to help local community groups to deliver a wide range of activities with the aim of improving health and well being in our community.
