Welcome! This is the place for young people to read about the events and services Council has on offer. Young people make up a big part of our Shire; 3,000 of the population to be exact. The Youth team at Council is dedicated to providing exciting and fun events and services aimed to entertain and educate the youths of Eurobodalla.

What’s buzzn is a quarterly newsletter containing activities and events for young people in Eurobodalla. In each issue you will find information about what's happening in your local area, including things to do in the school holidays, sporting competitions, art and craft workshops, group activities, live music events and training opportunities.

Events

As a safety precaution to limit public gatherings and slow the spread of coronavirus, we have cancelled all Council hosted events for now.

Youth cafés

Our youth cafés are free supervised drop-in centres for people aged 12 to 17 years. Pop in to have a chat, share a meal, take part in fun activities and meet other young people living in Eurobodalla.

Ydrive

Ydrive helps disadvantaged youth build up the 120 hours of driving experience they need to get their provisional licence. As a safety precaution, Ydrive is on hold for now.

Individuals representing Eurobodalla's young people meet regularly to learn about leadership and teamwork, provide a youth perspective on community issues and communicate what's important to them.

Youth Week is an annual celebration held in April recognising the achievements and talents of young people across Australia.

Skate, scooter, BMX comps

For everyone's safety during the coronavirus pandemic, the 2019/20 competition and clinic series is on hold for now. You can practice your skills at our skate parks, which are now open to the public.
