Building, development and land uses in Eurobodalla are guided by the Local Environmental Plan 2012, the Rural Local Environmental Plan 1987 and the Urban Plan 1999 and by local Development Control Plans. Council provides a planning advice service so before you start your Development Application, come and see us. We can let you know the types of approvals you need.
