Batemans Bay Town Centre Structure Plan
Council adopted the Batemans Bay Town Centre Structure Plan on 22 April 2008.
The plan sets out the vision for the town centre as the main regional centre in Eurobodalla Shire.
The aim of the plan is to build a vibrant and diverse town centre environment for current and future generations.
The plan includes specific direction about planning controls that will allow sensitive development and good design. It includes detail on streetscape, built form, land use, traffic and parking, access and mobility.
The structure plan is not a legislative document, but the principles within the plan were used to inform the Eurobodalla Local Environmental Plan 2012 and the associated Batemans Bay Regional Centre Development Control Plan.
