Snap Send Solve

We use Snap Send Solve, a free app for your Android or Apple device that you can use to report issues and give us feedback. You can use it to report things like litter, damaged roads or footpaths, parking issues, and trees.

Councils all over Australia use the app. It works out your Council area using your smartphone's GPS location. So even if you are outside of your hometown area, you can easily capture and report issues to the relevant authority.

The app sends us all of the details about the issue, including notes, photos, the address and GPS location of the item and your email contact.
