We ask community members for feedback in a range of ways. This can include surveys, working directly with stakeholders, publicly exhibiting items for comment, and hosting community information sessions and other events.

Snap Send Solve

Snap Send Solve is a free smartphone app that you can use to report issues and give us feedback. You can use it to report things like litter, damaged roads or footpaths, parking issues, and trees.

Councils all over Australia use the app. It uses your GPS to determine which Council area you're in, so even if you are outside of your hometown you can easily report issues to the relevant authority.
