People whose homes were destroyed or significantly damaged in the 2019/2020 bushfires can apply for a Development Application (DA) fee rebate up to $1,000 to assist with DA costs to rebuild their home.
Two grant programs are currently open to support recovery following the 2019/2020 bushfires. Recovery grants up to $10,000 are available for activities that celebrate and strengthen local communities. Business Resilience Grants up to $5,000 are available to eligible Eurobodalla businesses. Not-for-profit community groups hosting a Seniors' Festival event or activity can apply for grants up to $500 to assist with their running costs. Applications are now open, closing Wednesday 7 October, 2020.
A grant of $2000 will be awarded to a school with demonstrated proactive environmental actions to use for environmental projects or infrastructure in 2021. Applications are open, closing on Friday 25 September 2020.
