Come along to our inaugural Festival of Sustainable Choices and help inspire a positive change towards a sustainable future.

At the festival, you can explore stalls and activities, and attend presentations, panel discussions, and fun workshops.

These interactive activities focus on community education for a more sustainable lifestyle.

The festival will also feature markets, food, an unusual maze, and music for all ages to enjoy.

No single-use packaging will be distributed at this event. A wash and re-use system will be in place on the day. BYO cup and crockery is encouraged.

Festival program

You can drop by any of these activities throughout the day, but bookings are required for the Plastika, seed raising, sourdough, and bike maintenance workshops.

The CrEATe Space+

  • 9am-2pm: Reimagining Rags: Upcycle craft workshops with Art Central

  • 12pm-1pm: Debunking electric vehicle myths and misconceptions
  • 1pm-2pm: Permaculture is radical sustainability disguised as gardening
  • 2pm-3pm: Design your home for comfort and liveability on a budget
  • 3pm-4pm: How to navigate the ethics of climate action
