These plans, strategies and maps guide planning in the Eurobodalla Shire and can help you prepare your Development Application or planning proposal.

Employment Zones from 26 April 2023
Employment Zones started within Eurobodalla Local Environmental Plan 2012 on 26 April 2023. A document (other than a state environmental planning policy) with a reference to an Environmental, Business or Industrial Zone is now taken to be a reference to a Conservation or Employment Zone.

Development control plans and codes
DCPs provide planning and building design guidelines for new development or alterations to existing development.
Local environmental plans
LEPs are the main planning tool to shape the future of communities and ensure local development is done appropriately and in an environmentally sensitive manner.
Local Strategic Planning Statement
Eurobodalla Local Strategic Planning Statement sets out a 20-year vision for land-use planning in the region and how it will be managed in future.
Settlement strategy and structure plans
