Resourcing Strategy
This strategy identifies the resources (money, assets, and people) Council has available to respond to the:
- Community Strategic Plan over the next 10 years
- activities and actions contained with our Delivery Program and Operational Plan.
The Resourcing Strategy includes:
- Long-Term Financial Plan 2022-32
- Asset Management Strategy and Plans 2022-32
- Workforce Management Strategy 2022-26
The Long Term Financial Plan component is updated annually.
