Register of Annual Disclosures

In accordance with part 4, clause 4.21 of the Model Code of Conduct, Councillors and designated staff are required to lodge a “Disclosures by Councillors and Designated Persons Return” with their general managers by 30 September each year.

Information contained in returns is to be made publicly available in line with the requirements of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.

Council has determined that there was an overriding public interest against disclosure of certain personal information contained in the Returns published online and specific information has been redacted to exclude signatures, personal addresses, personal information and to protect the interests of Councillors and Senior Staff.
