Eurobodalla Council is seeking expressions of interest from organisations interested in leasing the former Batemans Bay Community Centre, 3-5 Museum Place, Batemans Bay.

The facility includes a range of rooms – small and large – and toilets, kitchenette and outdoor space.

Expressions should include detailed information on expected community benefits from the lease and how its proposed use can generate economic activity. The full assessment criteria can be found on the tenders and eoi page on Council’s website, with the expressions of interest period extended and now closing at 4pm on Thursday 18 December 2025.
