Step 5: Public notification
- Our Community Engagement Strategy states that we must notify the public about some types of Development Applications (DAs).
- During the notification period, community members can make a written submission to us about your development proposal.
- We are not required to notify neighbours or the public for most dwellings where there are no variations to prescribed setbacks.
