Step 9: Apply for a Construction Certificate
- Once we issue development consent (approval), you will need to read the conditions. These consent conditions outline what you must complete before, during, and after the construction of your development.
- If your approval involves any form of construction work, you will need to apply for a Construction Certificate (CC).
- Once your Principal Certifier issues the CC, you can start building.
