Eurobodalla Council weed control program
Council actively protects Eurobodalla's environment, agriculture, and community health by managing invasive weeds. This page outlines our weed control programs, inspection schedules, and ways you can help.
Why weed control matters
Weeds can harm farms, native plants, animals, and the natural beauty of our region. Council inspects and manages declared weeds on public and private land in Eurobodalla under the Biosecurity Act 2015.
Our weed inspection program
Council's invasive species team inspects properties across Eurobodalla to find and control harmful weeds early. This helps stop their spread and protects biodiversity and farming.
You must manage weeds on your property to meet legal biosecurity requirements. On this page you'll find information about Eurobodalla's invasive weeds, their impacts, and what you need to do if you find them.
