Until the 1950s, ships were the lifeline for South Coast residents. This came with risks, leading to around 200 shipwrecks. Discover the crucial role of shipping in the region's history and the perils faced by those at sea. This presentation will explore where and why these shipwrecks occurred, sharing fascinating stories.
