EOI: Community Hall Activity Trail

Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOIs) from groups and organisations interested in hosting events and activities across bookable venues during November.

Background

The Community Hall Activity Trail is a fortnightly showcase of independent activities and events occurring across multiple halls and function centres. The event will run from Monday 2 November to Sunday 15 November and will:

  • showcase Council venues available for hire
  • encourage residents to discover new activities and connect with others
  • promote organisations and groups to the community.

Important information

  • Participation in the Community Hall Activity Trail is voluntary and available to regular hall hirers only.
  • Venue hire for participating organisations or groups will be free for the duration of the event period.
  • The purpose of this EOI is to gather interest and information, and submitting an EOI does not constitute a booking, lease, licence or allocation of space.
