Proposed part road closure and sale - adjacent to 10 Ascension Way, Batehaven

Council welcomes comments from the community about a proposal to close part unformed and unmarked public road reserve adjoining Lot 6 DP 1269974, 10 Ascension Way, Batehaven, (shown in red in sketch).

Upon closure of that part of the road, Eurobodalla Shire Council proposes to negotiate the sale of the land.

Council will accept written submissions regarding this proposal until 22 December 2025 at 4pm.

Any person is entitled to make submissions to Council with respect to the proposed road closure.

This notice is given in accordance with s38B of the Roads Act 1993.
