Council welcomes comments from the community about a proposal to close part unformed and unmarked public road reserve adjoining Lots 2 & 3 DP 1230661 Congo Road (south), Congo, shown in red in sketch.

Upon closure of that part of the road, Council proposes to negotiate the sale of the land.

Council will accept written submissions regarding this proposal until 23 August 2025 at 4pm.

Any person is entitled to make submissions to Council with respect to the proposed road closure.

This notice is given in accordance with s38B of the Roads Act 1993.
