Support for carers

If you are caring for an older person in your home, support is available when you need a break to rest and re-energise.

You may wish to go out with your friends, enjoy an afternoon of leisure, take part in a recreational activity or have a weekend away.

Respite care can be provided by our qualified and experienced staff at home or in the community. It can be a regular weekly or fortnightly service, or a one-off service for events that you wish to attend.

How to access these services

Access to our services at subsidised rates for people over 65 years of age (over 50 years of age for Aboriginal people) is through a referral from My Aged Care:

  • T: 1800 200 422

If you are not eligible for subsidies you can purchase our services by contacting us to sign up directly.

COVID safety

We offer a number of group activities.

For everyone's safety, we ask participants to follow to NSW Government guidelines by:

  • keeping 1.5 metres apart from others
  • washing hands thoroughly before and after attending
  • using the hand sanitiser provided
  • registering details
  • staying home if feeling unwell.
