Council will, at the anniversary of the Deed (01 July 2023) apply the Consumer Pricing Index (CPI) (Annual rise/fall as at March 2023 quarter - Australian Bureau of Statistics Index 6401.0 – All Groups) to all Tendered rates.

Provisions for renegotiation: Two (2) x twelve (12) month periods
