Draft Delivery Program 2025-29

Eurobodalla Shire Council's Draft Delivery Program 2025-29 is a statement of commitment to the community from the newly elected Council. It outlines Council’s role to work towards our community’s aspirations and goals for the future of Eurobodalla, as detailed in the Eurobodalla Community Strategic Plan – Towards 2042 (CSP).

It links with the strategies in the CSP and describes the key priorities and activities Council intends to deliver over the next four years. The Draft Delivery Program 2025-29 is supported by Council’s Draft Resourcing Strategy 2025-35, that describes how Council’s finances will be used, how our operations will be staffed and how our assets will be utilised and maintained to fulfil its activities.

Draft Operational Plan 2025-26

This Draft Operational Plan 2025-26 provides an action plan for the financial year, running from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. It is our to do list for the year, detailing actions that Council will undertake to meet the activities in the Draft Delivery Program 2025-29. Both these documents guide Council’s efforts to work towards our community’s aspirations, as detailed in the CSP.

Both this Draft Operational Plan 2025-26 and Council’s Draft Delivery Program 2025-2029 are supported by Council’s Draft Resourcing Strategy 2025-35.

Draft Resourcing Strategy 2025-35

The Draft Resourcing Strategy 2025-35 outlines Council’s role in pursuing our community’s aspirations for the future of Eurobodalla, as detailed in the CSP.

The Resourcing Strategy provides an important link between the CSP and the Delivery Program by detailing the resources including finances, staff, and assets, needed to implement our strategies. It includes key documents that evidence how Council will allocate their resources and includes Council’s:

  • Draft Long Term Financial Plan 2025-35
  • Draft Asset Management Strategy (known as Strategic Asset Management Plan 2025-35) and the Asset Management Plan 2025-35
  • Draft Workforce Management Strategy 2025-29

The Resourcing Strategy also supports Council’s other strategic plans by defining its areas of responsibility. It clarifies Council’s specific responsibilities within the collaborative framework of the CSP, where other levels of government, non-government organisations, community groups and businesses also share accountability for achieving community aspirations.
