Description of goods/services/consultancy:  The Moruya Showground canteen facility upgrade involves the demolition of the existing canteen and toilet blocks, which will be replaced with a single facility in a multi-use area with a mix of hard and soft landscaping.

Tendered amount (Incl GST): $700,000.00 ($700,000.00 includes $100,000.00 contingency fund)

Provision for variation to the amount: This contract may be subject to variation, the details of which will be declared if and when any variation occurs.

Provisions for renegotiation: N/A

Method of tender: Individual request for quote for various trade/construction components.

Criteria of tender evaluation:

• Each RFQ will have specific evaluation criteria based upon the service required

Provision for operational and maintenance services: N/A
