The number of Services in Operation (SIO) may be counted and verified by Telestar at the end of each quarter and reported to Company. Where the count of SIOs varies from the number of SIOs specified in this agreement by more than +/- 15%

Provisions for renegotiation: Options to extend or enhance functionality through additional modules.

Method of tender: Existing partner under our Telstra Telecommunications contract in line with State Contract Panel Agreement.

Criteria of tender evaluation: Extended contract from past 2 years which showed savings in call rates, services, and support.

Provision for operational and maintenance services: N/A
