Council welcomes comments from the community about a lease for training courses at Gundary clubhouse.

Eurobodalla Shire Council proposes to grant a lease for up to 5 years and renewals to National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA Training Ltd) to conduct training courses within Crown Reserve 700015 managed by Council (Lot 12 Section 22 DP 758710) at 32 Campbell Street, Moruya. A diagram showing the proposed location of the lease is on this page.

Council will accept written submissions regarding this proposal until 6 August 2025 at 4pm. Please quote ‘LLC0602’ in your written comments.
